We use third-party platforms to help run our business and provide services efficiently, including:

  • Microsoft services (for example Microsoft 365, Outlook email, OneDrive/SharePoint storage, Teams) for communication and document management; and
     
  • Xero for accounting/bookkeeping and invoicing functions.
     

These providers may handle personal information for the purpose of providing their services to us, subject to their own security and privacy controls and our contractual/operational safeguards.


7) Overseas disclosure:

Some of our third-party providers (including cloud and software platforms) may store, process, or access data from outside Australia depending on how their systems operate and where their servers/support teams are located.
