As Founder and CEO, Kirsty-Anne Goodfellow leads Good Lending & Finance Pty Ltd with more than 25 years’ experience spanning finance, business operations, administration and management. Good Lending & Finance Pty Ltd is backed by experience across mortgage lending, high finance, business operations, administration and management. Kirsty-Anne brings deep industry knowledge and practical, outcome-driven expertise, ensuring clients receive trusted guidance and high-level support from enquiry through to settlement and beyond. Her depth of expertise ensures clients receive practical, outcome-driven support and trusted advice.

David Goodfellow is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Good Lending & Finance Pty Ltd, bringing over 30 years’ experience across the trade sector. With a background in construction, viticulture, irrigation and horticulture, David offers strong capability in project management, operations, team leadership and management supporting efficient delivery, practical solutions, and high standards across the business.
David is highly hands-on and solutions-focused, with a reputation for getting things done properly, safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. His trade and project experience gives him a practical, real-world lens that helps the business stay grounded, responsive and outcome-driven.
As COO, he plays a key role in strengthening internal systems and processes, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring the team delivers a smooth and reliable client experience. From workflow improvement and quality control to coordination and problem-solving, David helps ensure every detail is managed with professionalism and care.
David’s leadership style is steady and approachable, and his commitment to doing the right thing aligns closely with the values of Good Lending & Finance—integrity, reliability, and genuine support for clients and community.
Chloe - Executive Marketing & Content Manager
Chloe Sagar as Executive Marketing & Content Manager supports Good Lending & Finance with strategic, hands-on marketing and communications, bringing over five years’ industry experience and marketing qualifications through UniSA. She’s known for turning ideas into clear, consistent campaigns, creating engaging content across website updates, newsletters/EDMs and social media, while keeping messaging aligned with brand and customer experience.
